I love Sew Grateful Week! It’s an annual event organized by Debi of My Happy Sewing Place to give us a chance to give back to the lovely folks that make the sewing world the sweetest corner of the internet. I’m ever so grateful for all the support, inspiration, and humor that you guys share so generously, so it’s nice to have an “official” time to show my thanks!

This year my giveaway was a no-brainer… something brand-new, easy, and fun, Tilly‘s new Coco pattern! I just made my first version and will definitely be making more!
I’m giving away a PDF version, so it can go to anyone anywhere! If you’d like a chance to win, just leave a comment below. I’m nosy, so I’d love to hear which version you’d like to make and what kind of fabric you’d use, if you feel like sharing! I’ll close the giveaway Friday, February 28th at 11:59PM EST so the winner can get their copy on Saturday! Yay!
I know exactly what I’d make because it’s been buzzing around my brain since I first saw the release announcement–black and white stripes with gold sequined cap sleeves and a tiny patch pocket. Followed, of course, by a zillion tops. And a dress in a pretty, silly Elk Grove knit. And a black funnel neck dress. And a non-funnel neck black sleeveless dress. And another zillion dresses in ALL OF THE COLORS. And…

really loving such a great easy basic, everyone says sewing knits is easy but i’ve yet to try them! although i have some knit fabric hiding in fabric stash.
most of my most well loved wardrobe pieces are very similar to the Coco, as well as being knits, i love that funnel neckline option, and wear dresses, so probably a pocketless version of that for work, and one with something funky for the rest of the time!

Everyone who’s anyone has been making this pattern and I want one too! I’d definitely make the dress version with the plain neckline. I don’t have enough easy knit dresses in my life and this would remedy the situation nicely. And I probably would do the classic navy stripe because it’s just so Paris 🙂

I would love a copy of this pattern! I would make the boat neck dress in a green and white stripe or a grey dress with the funnel collar (or both)…Thanks!!

Hey GInger, I just scrolled back and started reading all the comments… got to the one from Linda about her niece. I’d rather see her win the pattern for her niece too. Please delete me. Thank you for your generosity, and for all the work that I know keeping up this blog must be! Your blog makes me smile every time!

Great giveaway! I’d love to make the shirt version with shorter sleeves, fabric wise I’m not sure I have something in my stash, but I’d love to make it out of a white cotton with a bit of stretch and then paint either stripes or a geometric pattern on it..

Love this pattern. I’d make the top with the funnel neck and would use a piece of vintage stretch with retro 70s print in olives and browns that I have been saving

I’d like to make the boat neck dress version in a colourful big, floral, abstract print. If I can find a colourful big, floral, abstract print knit suitable! Such a classic and clean shape can take some statement fabric I think. Thanks for the chance to win it!

I will definitely be getting this pattern as soon as my budget is back in the black. If I could get away with using the Elk Grove knit I totally would. Otherwise, something nautical.

Ooh, that 60s style top (or maybe altered to be a wiggle dress….) in one of my novelty prints in the stash would be awesome!
